I was ordained to the gospel ministry at Redeemer United Reformed Church on January 11, 2019. I graduated from Mid-America Reformed Seminary (located in Dyer Indiana) in 2012. After graduation I served some vacant churches before returning to the work force for a number of years before being called to pastoral ministry in Lacombe.
Moving to Lacombe has been an adjustment for my family and I. Personally I left Canada to study at college in the USA in 2005. My wife Rachel and I were married in 2008, and we have lived in the USA all our married life (with the exception of an internship in Edmonton Alberta in 2011). Together we have lived in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, South Dakota, Washington State, and now Lacombe. Moving almost as many years as we have been married has finally stopped. We love Lacombe and feel more at home with each season.
My hobbies are reading, playing golf and camping. My family enjoy road trips and camping.
My favorite things about Alberta are the people, the landscape, and the variety of city and rural communities.
