At Redeemer, teenagers are encouraged to take an active role in the life of the church. Several programs are available and provide opportunities for young people to learn about God, His Church, and to help build His Kingdom. If you would like to receive more information or join in one of these ministries, please get in touch with us using the communication form on the “Contact Us” page.
Teen Club
What is Teen Club? It is a parent-led organized group for teens in Grades 7 through 9. This group meets throughout the year at various homes, focusing on encouraging fellowship amongst the teens by doing a short lesson, eating together and participating in various group activities and games.
We also try to get together a few extra times to do an activity or host a fundraiser.
When does the Teen Club meet? This group typically meets the 3rd Sunday following the afternoon worship service until 7:30pm (from September to May).
Young Peoples
What is Young Peoples? Young Peoples is a ministry for youth in grades 10 through 12. Our regular meetings are held at the church and include eating supper together, devotional time, games and sports activities. This is a great opportunity for youth to connect with other teens and build friendships that are long lasting and built on the foundation of God's Word.
The members of the Young Peoples also schedule several social events such as the Escape Room, Hockey Games, sledding, Christmas party, etc. Throughout the year they help raise funds to attend SUMMIT, Bethel's annual youth conference (http://summitrefcon.org/)
When does the Young Peoples Group meet? This group typically meets the 1st and 3rd Sunday night following the afternoon worship service (from October to May).
